Join our global team for a career filled with opportunities to solve challenges both small and large, local and global, simple and complex.Join our global team for a career filled with opportunities to solve challenges both small and large, local and global, simple and complex.About the role: To execute required agency services to clients, endeavor at all times to expedite port stays and to minimize expenses for the vessel and the owner and or charterers.What you will be doing: Assigned by Operation Manager to handle vessel operation and customer requirement.Update vessel / port operation information to Operation Manager and principals.Attending vessel callings at Chinese Ports by client's requirement.Arrange crew matters, sign on/off for vessels in ChinaArrange spare parts / stores on board the vesselsAssist to arrange air-tickets, hotel booking for principals /crewsPrepare proper supporting document on port charges / operation expense to Finance Dept with timeliness and accuracy. Check the total port expenses incurred during vessel's port stay and request to principal for additional funds if any.Summarise all payment vouchers and send to Finance Department for reimbursement of petty cash.Collect manifests & other cargo documents of vessels if required.Prepare / Despatch ship document to principals such as statement of facts / notice of readiness / time sheets / etc.Executing all requests from master and owners/charterers within agent's responsibility;Work with WAPS;Required experience and skills:Formal education:Medium vocational commercial education.Practical experience:Experience in the Marine industry.Other job qualifications:Excellent command of the English language (spoken & written);Familiar with main used computer programmes within the organization;Good communication skills;Good telephone manners.Other general qualifications:Work on own initiative within a team;Ability to work under pressure;Versatile and adaptable to varied working conditions;Systematic and accurate nature.What we offer:Competitive package/benefit Great culture and working environmentA challenging job in an international companySounds interesting? Responsibilities
