The positionWe are looking for Supply Coordinator Team Lead who will be functionally reporting to Operations Manager in Kuala Lumpur.About the location/departmentThe position will be located at Kuala Lumpur which is the heart of the city and easy to get to by public transportation.Who you areBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to oversee team workflows effectively.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.Proven ability to lead both independently and collaboratively, fostering a supportive team environment that values diverse contributions and encourages idea sharing.Demonstrated capability in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple deadlines, and ensuring team deliverables are met on time.Highly computer literate, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies quickly.What you will be doingOrder & Shipment ManagementProcess customer orders, including sourcing unavailable itemsCoordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and invoicingMonitor order status, delivery timelines, and costsCoordination & CommunicationWork closely with Customer Service, warehouse, transport, and suppliersProvide updates on delivery status, delays, and product availabilityInventory & Cost ControlEnsure stock accuracy and conduct regular stock checksMonitor product shelf life and maintain correct system recordsVerify supplier invoices and manage transport costsOperations OversightEnsure daily operations follow SOPs and quality standardsIdentify issues early and drive corrective actionsMaintain documentation and reportingTeam LeadershipGuide and coach team members on processes and best practicesSupport onboarding and training of new staffPromote a culture of accountability and continuous improvementWhat we offerStrategic work location at KL Sentral with convenience travelling by Monorail, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line, MRT and KTM services as well as public buses.International work environment and culture.Great learning and development opportunities.Join our global team for a career filled with opportunities to solve challenges both small and large, local and global, simple and complex!How to apply Sounds interesting?
