Accelerated processing during holidays required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle weekly and biweekly payroll for salary and hourly employees.Handle validations, reconciliations, HSDL loads, off-cycle and mass payments.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payroll and compliance.Prepare and analyze payroll reports; identify process improvements.Ensure adherence to policies, deadlines, and confidentiality standards.Lead and motivate payroll team; resolve employee queries promptly.Manage US and Canada payroll schedules and third-party transactions.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.7+ years payroll experience, including 5+ years multi-state.3+ years managerial experience.3+ years Oracle HCM Cloud experience.SkillsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, ServiceNow.Ability to manage confidential data and work under pressure.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
