I. Job SummaryProvides enterprise-level technology leadership across business and digital domains, establishing architecture strategy, governance, standards, and roadmaps that enable scalable, secure, and reliable business capabilities. Partners with business leaders, product teams, and engineering teams to drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, data-driven decision making, and emerging technology innovation.This role is hybrid to Windsor, CT. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops and maintains enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and organizational prioritiesDefines technology standards, reference architectures, design patterns, governance processes, policies, and proceduresEvaluates emerging technologies, AI capabilities, cloud platforms, and vendor solutions to determine strategic fit and business valueLeads architectural reviews, governance activities, and approval processes for major initiatives and investmentsResolves highly complex or ambiguous architecture challenges and provides architectural leadership, technical direction, and decision support across business, product, and engineering teamsPartners with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering leaders to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutionsDesigns architecture solutions and oversees implementation of complex programs to ensure alignment with business requirements, enterprise standards, and strategic objectivesDefines architecture patterns and provides guidance throughout the solution lifecycle from concept through implementation and supportEnsures technology solutions, system improvements, and architecture decisions are successfully implemented to increase business value, efficiency, scalability, and reliabilityDrives platform modernization, technical debt reduction, cloud adoption, and long-term technology sustainability planningIdentifies and mitigates architectural risks, dependencies, and technical constraints that may impact delivery outcomesCollaborates with engineering teams to establish DevOps, CI/CD, automation, security, and software engineering best practicesMentors architects, engineers, and technical leads to advance technical capabilities and architectural maturity III. Qualifications - Must live and work in the US.A. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar area of study10+ years or more years previous experienceB. Preferred Qualifications Master's DegreeMCSE, CISSP, CNA, AIX or Solaris Administration.NETIV. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
