They work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, design queries and reports to understand root cause, and advise and consult with leadership to implement solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Working directly with business stakeholders, designs a limited variety of moderately complex reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications. Delivers report in format to aid business stakeholder interpretation (pivot tables, graphs, etc.)Uses data methodologies and business acumen to generate recommendations to moderately complex problems to review with supervisor / senior analystIdentifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influencesDesigns and develops analytical solutions across multiple systemsDemonstrates intermediate knowledge of KPIs, team roles, and business processes in assigned areaDemonstrates understanding of systems architecture and data flow in assigned functional organizationWorks with data transformation tools to design new datasets for BI models of moderate complexityCreates and optimizes queries and data transformations using cloud data warehouse solutions / data transformation toolsDevelops dashboards and models using data visualization platformsCommunicate findings and recommendations to stakeholdersTroubleshoots effectively and identifies and implements process improvementsMaintains data quality and governance is assigned systemsWorks independently with limited supervisionKey Skills and Competencies:Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendationsSome systems knowledge in assigned functional areaBeginner Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsCan present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendationsBeginner presentation skills required.
