Your role will be critical in driving change, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Mexico, the United States, and other regions to optimize our operations. You won't just analyze data; you will lead initiatives that directly impact how we deliver value to our customers and partners. If you are passionate about solving complex problems and have excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders globally, this is the place for you.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams in process improvement efforts, coordinating with stakeholders across global teams and customers.Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).Work proactively to identify and suggest opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency in the assigned business unit.Conduct root cause analysis of process failures.Capture current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations.Document agreements and own the drafting and revision of new/updated business processes.Understand upstream, downstream, and work tools' impacts on process change and recommend solutions to minimize impacts.Perform cost and benefit analyses.Measure and report on the success of new/revised processes in the business unit.Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.1-2 years of relevant work experience.Advanced English level with excellent communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:2-5 years of work experience.Experience in Order Management or a similar operations environment.Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or in progress).Familiarity with functional processes in the assigned business unit.Demonstrated knowledge/experience using basic change management principles.Benefits: We understand the importance of work-life balance and wellbeing, which is why we offer flexibility for our teams including: hybrid work, adaptable hours, Summer Flex Fridays, Focus Fridays, and an annual companywide well-being day to promote revitalization and success.
