Where your resume fits in the Accenture hiring process
Accenture’s campus FAQ lays out the process. You register with a photo, a PAN card and your resume; Accenture uses the registration details to decide eligibility and sends eligible candidates a QR-code admit card. Four online assessments follow, each with a sectional cut-off. The interview comes last: one panelist, about 30 minutes, with your admit card and ID verified.

The one-page Accenture fresher resume, section by section
An Accenture recruiting manager, writing on Accenture’s careers blog, gives four pieces of advice: start with a header and a one- to two-sentence “trigger summary”, keep the layout clean, use the job description’s keywords, and make it error-free. Combined with the portal rules, that gives this order:
- Header. Name exactly as on your PAN card, date of birth (as on your ID), the phone and email you register with, city, LinkedIn and GitHub.
- Trigger summary. One or two sentences with your strongest skill and proof, for example “B.Tech CSE 2027 who built a React + Node attendance app used by 400 students; comfortable in Java and SQL.”
- Education. Degree, branch, college, year and CGPA or percentage as your college awards it, then class 12/Diploma and class 10. Accenture checks that the degree is completed within its stipulated duration.
- Technical skills. The job post’s keywords, but only the ones you know: Accenture’s own tests cover MS Office, networking, cloud and SQL, and interviewers asked why you chose your stack.
- Projects (2–3). Problem, stack, why you chose that stack, and what you personally did. Two 2025–26 interviewers asked “why this technology stack”.
- Internships. Their own section, as Accenture asks. Company, dates, what you delivered.
- Certifications and activities. Certifications, hackathons, and one or two activities you can talk about. Interviewers asked about certifications and hobbies in 2026 reports.
What 2025–26 Accenture interviewers asked from resumes
Accenture’s tests already measure coding and aptitude, so the interview spends its time on you and your resume. We read four first-hand reports from December 2025 to July 2026.

Six resume mistakes that cost Accenture candidates
- A name spelt differently from your PAN card. Accenture names this as a rejection reason; a name mismatch with your education documents needs an affidavit.
- No date of birth, or a different one. For this portal it must be there and match your ID.
- A second email or phone number. The resume must show the ones you registered with.
- A file over 1 MB, or a JPG. Only .pdf, .doc and .docx up to 1 MB.
- Internships in the work-experience fields. Accenture says to keep them on the resume.
- Paying an “agency”. Accenture says it has authorised nobody to collect money for a job, and hires on merit only.
After the interview: documents, offer letter and joining
Accenture’s FAQ says the offer letter is released after your document tasks are submitted and approved, “based on the business demand”. Education details need online marksheets carrying the college logo, college name, your name, student ID and subject-wise marks; a copy with a negative disclaimer must be attested by the college. A 2026 AASE selectee reported a letter of intent at ₹6.5 LPA about three weeks after the interview. Accenture also runs a 3-month cooling period before you can apply again. Why does Accenture keep rejecting my resume?

Does the Accenture interview ask coding questions?
In the four 2025–26 reports we read, the interview itself had no live coding: it covered the introduction, projects, family background and situational questions. Coding is tested earlier, in Accenture’s 60-minute coding assessment.
Is an agency offering an Accenture job for money genuine?
