The pages ranking for “Wipro resume format for freshers” are template sites, an old Slideshare deck and a Scribd upload. None starts from what Wipro itself says about how it hires graduates. We did, reading Wipro’s Early Careers page and its Elite NTH recruitment notice on 30 September 2026, linked at the foot. Fewer first-hand Wipro interview reports are public than for TCS or Infosys, and we say where our evidence is thin.

Elite National Talent Hunt: the rules your resume must agree with
Elite NTH is where most B.E./B.Tech freshers meet Wipro. The notice below is the most recent one Wipro published on its official recruitment page on Superset, written for the 2023 batch. We have not found a newer public notice, so treat these as the rules to expect and check them against the notice for your own drive.

The one-page Wipro fresher resume, section by section
- Header. Name as on your marksheets, phone, email, city, LinkedIn and GitHub. A 2025 Elite candidate describes background-verification sessions about correcting details such as date of birth, so keep your details identical everywhere from the start.
- Education. Degree, branch, college, year, and CGPA or percentage as your university states it; then class 12 and class 10. Wipro’s notice says graduation marks are judged “as per your university guidelines”.
- Technical skills. Languages first, then databases and tools. Recent interview questions include JDK vs JRE vs JVM, compiler vs interpreter, OOP concepts and your proficiency in Python, so list only what you can explain at that level.
- Projects (2). One line each for the problem, the stack, your part and the result. A 2025 Elite candidate says the interview opened with “explain my final year project” and advises telling it “like a story, not just a checklist”.
- Internships and certifications. Short and specific. For Turbo and STAR, certifications and niche technologies carry more weight, since Wipro describes those programmes around them.
- Achievements and activities. One or two you can talk about for a few minutes. Keep the whole resume to one page.
What Wipro interviews ask, and how hard candidates found them
Public first-hand Wipro reports are fewer than for TCS, Infosys or Cognizant, and Wipro calls the final step a “business discussion”, not a technical grilling. Here is what the evidence we could verify shows.

Five resume mistakes that cost Wipro candidates
- One resume for every programme. Elite, Turbo, STAR and WILP want different things; see the picker above.
- Marks in your own conversion. Wipro goes by your university’s guidelines.
- An unexplained gap. Up to 3 years before the degree is allowed; a blank year invites questions.
- A project you can’t narrate. The interview starts there.
- Registering through an agent. Wipro says only registrations on its official recruitment website are valid, and it charges no fee.
After selection: letter of intent, training and joining
Wipro’s notice says selected candidates receive a letter of intent and then the final offer letter, and that Wipro can roll back a provisional offer if a candidate does not meet the conditions for joining. A 2025 Elite candidate’s timeline shows how long this can take: online test on 19 January, SVAR communication test on 25 January, interview on 25 February, letter of intent on 15 April, background-verification mails in April, pre-skilling training from 17 July to 9 September, and joining on 19 September. They advise 100% attendance in training and warn that malpractice leads to a revoked offer.

Is there an official Wipro resume format for freshers?
No. Wipro’s public pages give no resume template. Use a one-page, single-column PDF with education, skills, two projects, internships or certifications, and activities, tailored to the Wipro programme you are applying to.
What is the eligibility for Wipro Elite NTH?
